- Laminate = FR4 and Rogers Hybrid
- Finished Thickness = .020″ – .450″
- Green, Blue, Red, Black, & White Solder Masks
- Minimum Soldermask Clearance = 6 mils
- Minimum Solder Dam Width = 5.5 mils
- Supported Finished = Hot Air Solder Leveling (HASL), Immersion Gold (ENIG), Immersion Silver and White Tin.
