Royal Circuit Solutions Announces Appointment of Victor Hemingway as Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Hemingway Brings More Than 40 Years of Industry Experience Successfully Helping Manufacturers Deliver High Quality Products and Services

Hollister, CA (March 28, 2019) – Royal Circuits, a global manufacturer of high technology printed circuit boards, today announced Victor Hemingway has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. In this position, he will help drive quality and speed throughout the company’s manufacturing processes while maintaining the company’s commitment to service and flexibility.

Hemingway is a veteran manufacturing expert with 40 years of hands-on experience in operations and management. He joins Royal Circuits after working as Business Development Manager for I3 Electronics. Prior to that, he held executive positions at Sanmina, DDi and HADCO. His responsibilities included overseeing nearly all aspects of quick-turn, PCB manufacturing including revenue generation, certifications, operations, equipment purchasing, process control and more.

As Chief Operating Officer, Hemingway will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations at the company’s headquarters in Hollister, CA, as well as its newly renovated facility in Santa Fe Springs, CA. His scope includes ensuring operational excellence throughout all processes and procedures, from receiving through shipping. He will also be responsible for building teams empowered to solve problems and overcome obstacles to ship projects on-time.

Hemingway has completed more than 80 hours of APICS training and 500 hours of management training through various educational institutions. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to new countries.
